🎯 Requirements

- Direct experience in cryptocurrency.
- Experience with EU risk and compliance requirements.
- Independently assess moderately complex risk/compliance scenarios.
- Strong analytical skills; translate regulatory requirements into controls.
- Bonus: certifications (CRMP/CRCM/CCEP/CAMS) and Dutch fluency.
