- Drive formal review for external marketing content to ensure UDAP/UDAAP compliance.
- Coordinate with Legal, Marketing for approvals.
- Provide compliance advisory across Product, Marketing, Legal, Sales during lifecycles.
- Provide understanding of consumer finance regulations (Reg Z, Reg E, Reg B) and internal policies across US/Canada.
- Monitor regulatory trends to shape Marqeta's compliance strategy.
- Maintain relationships with Banking partners and Marqeta customers.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in regulatory compliance in banking/fintech.
- Experience with UDAP/UDAAP, Reg Z/E/B, and advertising standards.
- Experience with Banking as a Service with a regulated bank or Program Manager.
- Strong knowledge of bank and payments ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management.
