📋 Description

• Manage risk strategy and contain credit losses at Prefr.
• Build credit risk policies using scorecards and models.
• Develop policies for approve/decline, block/unblock, pricing, and limits.
• Collaborate with collections and operations to close feedback loops.
• Coordinate with tech/product teams to implement policies via testing.
• Assess policy effectiveness through portfolio deep dives and segment analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of analytical monitoring experience in banks/NBFCs/fintechs.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Prior retail credit experience preferred; underwriting in related fields is a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and distill into clear communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
