🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in Risk Ops, Fraud Monitoring, or Risk Analytics in B2C.
- Hands-on experience with UPI, payments, and wallet ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of transaction monitoring, fraud detection, and risk controls.
- Experience with large datasets, SQL, dashboards, and operational analytics.
- Ability to identify anomalies, investigate trends, and preventive controls.
- Strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Ops, Compliance.
