  • Build and maintain Oyster's Enterprise Risk Management Programme.
  • Maintain the enterprise risk register, risk appetite framework, and taxonomy.
  • Support risk assessments across Payments, Payroll, KYC, and Vendors.
  • Coordinate risk workshop meetings; prepare agendas and notes.
  • Monitor KRIs; develop dashboards and executive-level reporting.
  • Support third-party and vendor risk management activities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–2 years in risk, compliance, KYC/AML, or internal audit.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 31000 or COSO ERM.
  • Familiar with KYC/AML concepts, CDD/EDD, and sanctions screening.
  • Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; document findings clearly.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and multitasking in a remote, fast-paced setting.
