📋 Description

• Daily risk adjustment ops including medical record reviews for ICD-10-CM codes.
• Maintain compliance with ICD-10-CM guidelines and risk adjustment standards.
• Participate in CMS audits of Risk Adjustment activities.
• Develop relationships to foster understanding of Risk Adjustment process.
• Identify document improvement opportunities for provider education MA/ACA.
• Identify process improvements to enhance medical encounter review.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or commensurate work experience.
• Certified professional coder (CPC).
• 2+ years retrospective risk adjustment coding experience.
