📋 Description

• Daily risk adjustment ops incl. medical record reviews and ICD-10-CM coding.
• Maintain compliance with ICD-10-CM guidelines and risk adjustment standards.
• Participate in CMS risk adjustment audits and data validation.
• Develop relationships to foster understanding of the risk adjustment process.
• Identify documentation improvement opportunities for MA/ACA education.
• Identify process improvements to enhance medical encounter reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Certified professional coder (CPC).
• 2+ years of retrospective risk adjustment coding experience.
