Assist Head Rigger in safe setup and maintenance of rigging equipment.
Operate rigging equipment during performances and rehearsals.
Implement and document rigging safety inspection program.
Participate in setup, inspection and tear-down of rigging for Big Top and tent.
Assist with inventory and identify extra rigging equipment as needed.
Ensure staff observe rigging safety standards; supervise local crew during setup.

🎯 Requirements

College diploma in live entertainment or theatre production.
Minimum three years' rigging experience; aerial/human rigging asset.
Good understanding of technical aspects of a show.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows software.
English fluency; additional languages asset.
Willing to tour full time and work abroad.
