- Lead upkeep and uptime of FAB equipment: deposition, lithography, etch, metrology.
- Diagnose/resolution of equipment issues; coordinate repairs and PM with teams/vendors.

🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in equipment maintenance in semiconductor/industrial manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with high-vacuum, plasma etch, cryogenic, and/or laser systems.
- Hazardous materials management and environmental compliance experience.
- Experience leading equipment technicians, ensuring clear communication and priorities.
- Collaborates across fabrication, facilities, Eng Ops, and EHS to deliver reliable systems.
- Vendor/contractor management for maintenance and infra projects.
