About the Role

Rho is building the future of financial services for startups and growth companies. We're looking for part-time Ambassadors who are former founders or investors passionate about startups and community building. This is a high-trust, low-friction opportunity to plug into our mission and help us expand our presence in the startup ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Attend and host startup community events on behalf of Rho

• Make high-quality referrals of founders, operators, and investors

• Build brand awareness through authentic relationship-building

• Act as a trusted voice for Rho within your network

• Provide feedback and insights from the field to our team

• A former founder or early-stage investor with deep ties to the startup community

• Passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and helping them scale

• Energized by connecting people and ideas

• Interested in working with Rho to shape the next generation of financial tools
