Coordinate and complete RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and investor materials.
Maintain CIM product/strategy knowledge for accurate messaging.
Draft and edit qualitative responses using firm content and guidance.
Use RFP/content platforms (Qvidian or similar) to support responses.
Collaborate with product, investment, and sales teams to gather inputs.
Partner with ESG, compliance, legal, operations, and accounting to ensure accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent; economics/finance/accounting/marketing preferred.
2–4 years of financial services experience with investor relations or RFPs.
Experience drafting, reviewing, formatting, and proofreading responses.
