RFP Strategy & Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Own Sierra's RFP response: triage requests, coordinate stakeholders, deliver on time.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with Security, Legal, Product.
• Own the content infrastructure: maintain and improve Sierra's RFP knowledge base.
• Build toward automation: implement AI tooling to reduce manual work.
• Support Sales in high-stakes evaluations, flag patterns, inform positioning.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years in product ops, revenue ops, legal ops, deal desk, or related roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities without quality loss.
• Strong written communication; translate complex info into clear language quickly.
• Proven ability to sustain high output and quality under heavy workload.
• A track record of improving processes.
• Genuine enthusiasm for applying AI and automation tools to speed repetitive work.
