- Estimate layout schedule and flag complex areas early
- Layout RF and analog blocks with focus on matching and parasitics
- Run DRC/ERC/LVS checks and fix errors
- Top-level layout integration with ESD structures, pad assembly, and final tape-out
- Coordinate with EDA vendors to trial new tools and features
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering and 1+ years IC layout design experience; OR 3+ years experience in lieu of degree
- Strong analog layout skills
- Experience with advanced nodes layouts such as 22nm, 16nm, 7nm, 5nm or below
- RF block layout experience: LNA, VCO, mixers
- Linux and revision control experience; ability to work independently with strong communication
