Characterize RF amplifiers and RF ICs with signal generators, spectrum analyzers, VNAs.
Set up, calibrate, validate and document RF test benches.
Collect, validate, and present RF measurement results.
Assemble and rework microelectronic devices using die attach, SMT, and flip-chip.
Assemble and operate test benches and thermal chambers; coordinate usage between teams.
Support design engineers with measurement requests.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
2+ years in hands-on engineering or lab tech; OR a degree in engineering/math/science.
3+ years of experience with RF test equipment.
Read and interpret drawings and electrical schematics.
3+ years in mmWave/RF tech or associate degree in EE.
Strong computer/analytical skills; proficient with spreadsheets and databases.
