Oversee hardware test racks, DFT strategies, and cross-functional test processes.
Bridge RF design and flight production to meet performance metrics.
Build and scale RF test cells and test workflows with flight-like loads.
Develop Python-based automation to interface with flight hardware and test equipment.
Partner with RF Design, Mechanical, and Environmental Test teams to drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

BS in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
5+ years in hardware product development or production.
Proven ability to build, manage, and mentor engineering teams.
Strong DFT and test automation mindset for complex hardware.
US citizenship or permanent residency required.
Ability to work in office five days a week.
