🎯 Requirements
- B.S. or higher in electrical or computer engineering, or similar technical degree
- Strong RF hardware design experience: frequency converters, SSPA, LNA, PLL, filters
- PCB-level experience from concept to production (schematic, layout, bring-up)
- Proven leadership through project management, mentorship, and people management
- A passion for hardware development in a fast-paced environment
- Bonus: Experience with Altium or similar EDA tools for high-density PCB design
