RF Engineer (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Drive RF system design decisions at the program level.
• Research novel RF solutions for large-scale satellite systems.
• Collaborate with hardware, FPGA, DSP, and software teams on RF designs.
• Develop and support RF hardware across testing and on-orbit repair.
• Create electromagnetic models of antennas, filters, and PCBs.
• Modify schematics and drawings for flight reliability and manufacturability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer or electrical engineering.
• 1+ years RF engineering experience.
• HFSS, CST, ADS, MATLAB, Python, C/C++ experience.
• RF test equipment such as VNA and spectrum analyzer.
• Master’s degree in electrical engineering (microwave/RF).
• 1+ years of professional RF field experience.
• Experience modeling RF/channel impairments (multipath, phase noise, etc.).
• Experience designing RF systems (radar, SIGINT, ELINT, wireless).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret SCI clearance.
