Own qualification and test of new electrical designs and SMT lines.
Debug to root cause failures in phased-array antennas, Wi‑Fi routers, PSUs, cables.
Use scopes, spectrum analyzers, x-ray, logic analyzers, and scripts to diagnose electronics.
Develop tools/equipment to accelerate root-cause of electronics failures.
Run hardware failure investigations across teams; communicate findings to leadership.
Analyze telemetry to understand the failure landscape.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, EE tech, or computer engineering.
1+ years with digital/mixed-signal designs; scopes, DMMs, PSUs, soldering.
PCBA manufacturing: SMT reflow, wave solder, selective solder.
Programming/automation: Python, C++, SQL.
PCB schematics and layout tools proficiency.
Willing to relocate to Bastrop, TX; travel up to 30%.
