🎯 Requirements

  • Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and HRIS experience.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms; HiBob a plus.
  • Basic US benefits compliance (ERISA, HIPAA).
  • Familiar with global data privacy standards.
  • Customer-first mindset; ability to handle confidential data.
