🎯 Requirements
- Standalone rewards function experience
- Solid US compensation and benefits experience
- Mercer IPE job evaluation knowledge
- Excel and Google Sheets: modelling, pivot tables, lookups
- Comfortable with ambiguity and imperfect data
- Able to communicate complex rewards topics to non-specialists
