  • Lead mid-year compensation reviews for all staff (modelling, data validation, HRIS, comms)
  • Own equity awards and pensions re-enrolment (with Payroll)
  • Manage international benefits across Canada and the Netherlands
  • Maintain and evolve the Reward Framework: philosophy, sizing, benchmarking
  • Lead salary survey submissions with Mercer and AON
  • Drive executive compensation design (VP+) with AON Radford

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Standalone Reward function experience; capable of owning the function end-to-end
  • Solid US compensation and benefits experience
  • Mercer IPE job evaluation methodology expertise
  • Excel/Google Sheets skills: modelling, pivot tables, lookups
  • Comfort with ambiguity and imperfect data
  • Able to communicate complex reward topics to non-specialists
