- Standalone Reward function experience; capable of owning the function end-to-end
- Solid US compensation and benefits experience
- Mercer IPE job evaluation methodology expertise
- Excel/Google Sheets skills: modelling, pivot tables, lookups
- Comfort with ambiguity and imperfect data
- Able to communicate complex reward topics to non-specialists
