- Maintain accurate reward data in HR systems and improve data quality.

π― Requirements
- Reward/Total reward experience with hands-on data analysis.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, modelling).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and reward survey platforms.
- Strong compensation and benefits knowledge including benchmarking.
- Clear communication; explain complex data to different audiences.
- Attention to detail; comfortable with confidential data.
