  • Own pay and review cycles end-to-end: modelling, validation, comms, HRIS uploads.
  • Deliver salary/benefits benchmarking with range recommendations.
  • Produce reward MI and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Administer UK & US benefits: liaison, enrollments, renewals, issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate reward data in HR systems and improve data quality.
  • Support reward programmes and ensure fair practices (incl. equal pay).

🎯 Requirements

  • Reward/Total reward experience with hands-on data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, modelling).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and reward survey platforms.
  • Strong compensation and benefits knowledge including benchmarking.
  • Clear communication; explain complex data to different audiences.
  • Attention to detail; comfortable with confidential data.
