📋 Description

  • Coordinate variable compensation across EMEA with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance
  • Ensure rewards processes are accurate, well-governed, and consistently applied
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and leaders to ensure consistency
  • Support annual pay reviews and merit cycles: data prep, validation, governance
  • Provide operational support for compensation topics in HR systems (Oracle) – a plus
  • Work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment with multiple stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Finance/Economics (preferred)
  • Experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Operations or similar analytical role
  • Strong Excel and data-handling skills with large datasets
  • Experience with HRIS/HR systems (Oracle) is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication and relationships across HR, Payroll, Finance and the business
