- Coordinate variable compensation across EMEA with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance
- Ensure rewards processes are accurate, well-governed, and consistently applied
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and leaders to ensure consistency
- Support annual pay reviews and merit cycles: data prep, validation, governance
- Provide operational support for compensation topics in HR systems (Oracle) – a plus
- Work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment with multiple stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Finance/Economics (preferred)
- Experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Operations or similar analytical role
- Strong Excel and data-handling skills with large datasets
- Experience with HRIS/HR systems (Oracle) is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationships across HR, Payroll, Finance and the business
