๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Experience in reward analytics and data-driven pay decisions.
  • Strong data analysis skills; Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Familiarity with equity plans and Carta.
  • Data integrity, reconciliation and reporting experience.
  • Knowledge of EU Pay Transparency Directive is a plus.
  • Benchmarking and market data analysis experience.
