- Experience in reward analytics and data-driven pay decisions.
- Strong data analysis skills; Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Familiarity with equity plans and Carta.
- Data integrity, reconciliation and reporting experience.
- Knowledge of EU Pay Transparency Directive is a plus.
- Benchmarking and market data analysis experience.
