- Own HubSpot admin end-to-end: pipelines, workflows, properties, permissions
- Triage and resolve CRM issues for Sales, Marketing, and Client Success (first-line GTM support)
- Build and maintain HubSpot integrations with Stripe, Snowflake, Attention, Nooks, etc.
- Write and maintain SQL queries to validate data, support reporting, QA in Snowflake
- Partner with Senior Data Analyst to structure CRM data for reporting
- Document configurations, processes, and change logs for knowledge
- Identify data quality issues proactively before meetings
- Support weekly and monthly operating meetings, ensuring data accuracy
🎯 Requirements
- Required Hands-on HubSpot admin; deep platform knowledge
- CRM data models: objects, associations, lifecycle stages, pipelines
- Experience diagnosing and resolving CRM data quality issues
- Cross-functional: translate requests into system changes
Nice to have
- SQL proficiency; Snowflake a plus
- Experience with Stripe data or billing-CRM integration
- RevOps reporting cadence and SaaS metrics familiarity
- HubSpot certifications (Operations Hub, CRM Implementation)
