  • Own day-to-day HubSpot config: properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, views, data hygiene
  • Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and deal automation
  • Design cross-tool automations with HubSpot Workflows, Zapier, n8n, and AI tools
  • Document processes and maintain an automation inventory; eliminate manual work
  • Extract, model, and analyze CRM data; build dashboards for pipeline and revenue
  • Serve as CRM and sales process expert; translate needs into system logic

  • 2+ years in RevOps, SalesOps or similar in a B2B SaaS
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience โ€” built workflows, properties, and reports
  • Proficiency with at least one automation tool (Zapier, n8n, Make, or equivalent)
  • Strong data skills: Excel/Sheets; BI tools (Looker, Metabase)
  • Solid SaaS metrics understanding: ARR, churn, NRR, funnel metrics
  • Nice-to-have: AI tools in sales/ops workflows; SQL for CRM data extraction
