RevOps Analyst (Analytics)

📋 Description

• Partner with GTM leadership to improve reporting and processes for revenue growth.
• Manage and enhance quote-to-cash processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enable a 360 view of the customer in CRM.
• Drive initiatives to improve data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and CRM governance.
• Handle urgent ad hoc operational requests.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sales operations or a related role.
• Salesforce experience; CPQ and Admin certification plus.
• Familiar with GTM tech stacks supporting revenue workflows.
• 3+ years big data experience with BI tools (Looker/Tableau) and/or SQL.
• Hands-on ETL experience and data warehouses like BigQuery/Snowflake.
• Strong communicator for senior management; delivers KPIs and dashboards.
