Design and optimize review workflows and QC processes.
Train and mentor junior teammates; foster collaboration.
Create and refine documentation; track project metrics.
Collaborate with product/engineering; provide client feedback.
Adapt schedules for global time zones.

🎯 Requirements

Juris Doctor with active law license in good standing.
4+ years in document review management in eDiscovery or related.
Strong understanding of AI capabilities and applications.
Experience with industry-leading review platforms (DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, Axcelerate).
Ability to adapt work schedule for global time zones.
Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
