Drill potable water wells in unconsolidated formations using reverse rotary drilling.
Operate and maintain drilling equipment, including Portadrill RV-6.
Develop and test wells to ensure proper functionality.
Install well components: screen, casing, gravel pack, pitless adapters, and pumps.
Maintain records of field activities and customer communications.
Perform stick welding; assist with fabrication of tooling.

🎯 Requirements

Class A CDL with a clean driving record
10+ years of reverse circulation drilling experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in welding, including stick welding
Proven leadership; able to work independently in the field
Self-starter with commitment to safety and quality workmanship
