Own and execute RL roadmap and global product recovery ops.
Lead sync meetings with Legal, Regulatory Policy, Reliability Eng, and Manufacturing.
Partner with IT to automate real-time data visibility for asset flows.
Manage timelines for international initiatives, recycling programs, and 3PSP onboarding.
Define and standardize end-to-end manufacturing docs for reconditioned assets.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in PM, supply chain, or operations with RL, hardware refurbishment, or asset recovery.
Understand electro-mechanical assembly, DOE, ERP, and PLM.
Experience in regulated environments and global env standards (WEEE, Battery Directives).
Able to translate complex tech to executive updates and drive consensus.
Strong financial acumen; perform cost-benefit and landed-cost improvements.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
