  • Primary advisor to North America VP on end-to-end Go-To-Market operations
  • Analyze product, market, and customer data to identify growth drivers
  • Support annual planning cycles including goaling and territory design
  • Lead weekly forecasts and metric reviews; support monthly/quarterly GTM reviews
  • Define and analyze KPIs across segments, geographies, and GTM teams
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, revenue ops, marketing on strategic projects to drive growth

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in analytical roles (Sales Ops, Biz Ops, Consulting)
  • Expert financial modeling and large data analysis
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Cross-functional collaboration to drive growth
  • Experience with GTM metrics including CAC, LTV, ROI
  • SFDC (Salesforce) reporting and data management experience
