π― Requirements
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or complex commercial integrations
- Proven ability to manage phased system and operational rollouts, incl. Salesforce/CRM
- Strong understanding of distinct sales motions: Enterprise, SMB, AM, and support
- Experience standardizing incentive models, variable pay, and performance tracking
- Strategic communicator who can craft vision and translate data cleanup into roadmaps
- Ability to translate strategy into OKRs and KPIs with clear accountability
