  • Drive the phased execution roadmap to scale CP into standard Wolt commercial motion
  • Align CP sales structures to Wolt and Marketplace standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Selection Intelligence, Central team, and Sales/AM
  • In first 3-6 months: clean data and align structure; set KPIs for CP sales
  • Within 6-12 months: rollout CP sales motions globally
  • Report progress to senior management and manage stakeholder communications

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or complex commercial integrations
  • Proven ability to manage phased system and operational rollouts, incl. Salesforce/CRM
  • Strong understanding of distinct sales motions: Enterprise, SMB, AM, and support
  • Experience standardizing incentive models, variable pay, and performance tracking
  • Strategic communicator who can craft vision and translate data cleanup into roadmaps
  • Ability to translate strategy into OKRs and KPIs with clear accountability
