  • Lead Global MM Revenue Strategy & Operations initiatives.
  • Partner with MM Sales, RTech, Central Ops, and MarOps to boost demand gen.
  • Own lead flow, automation, and seller enablement to lift conversions.
  • Drive pipeline and revenue by optimizing workflows and systems.
  • Location: NYC office three days per week.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in revenue or sales ops or related roles
  • Experience owning lead funnel (routing, scoring, SDR/AE workflows)
  • Hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) + Gong or marketing automation tools
  • Excel/Sheets; comfortable with large datasets; SQL
  • Design, document, and improve workflows to boost efficiency
  • Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Ops, Analytics/Engineering

🎁 Benefits

  • Base pay: $155,000 – $217,000 USD
