- Hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) + Gong or marketing automation tools
- Excel/Sheets; comfortable with large datasets; SQL
- Design, document, and improve workflows to boost efficiency
- Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Ops, Analytics/Engineering
