🎯 Requirements

  • 15 to 18 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software incl sales strategy, RevOps.
  • Deep APJ GTM experience across markets (ANZ, Japan, Singapore, India, ASEAN).
  • Strong analytics turning complex data into actionable insights.
  • Territory design, quotas, and variable comp for enterprise sales.
  • Extensive Salesforce and BI tooling experience.
  • Cross functional influence with C-level and senior sales leadership.
