  • Support India GTM planning; quarterly and annual cycles with Finance inputs.
  • Segment territories and accounts; keep assignments accurate as business grows.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, business operations, or a related analytical role in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; ability to turn raw data into insights.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards, data management) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong attention to detail and a bias toward action β€” you like getting into the weeds and shipping work.
  • Good cross-functional communication; ability to partner with sales reps, managers, and adjacent teams.
  • Based in India with working proficiency in English.
