- Run ad hoc strategic analyses across Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships, and Finance (win/loss, churn, attribution).
- Improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline predictability via conversion, stage velocity, and deal slippage analysis.
- Monitor core revenue metrics (pipeline, conversion, NRR, CAC payback) and flag anomalies before QBRs.
π― Requirements
- 2β4 years in Revenue Ops/Revenue Strategy or GTM Analytics (SaaS/eCommerce).
- Ecommerce experience preferred (Shopify, marketplace, or subscription).
- HubSpot, Tableau, and SQL proficiencies.
- Nice-to-have: n8n/Zapier/Make/Workato, Python; cloud data warehouse (BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift).
- Experience designing AI-enabled workflows for operational problems.
- Hands-on GTM analytics: pipeline, conversion, forecast accuracy, NRR, CAC payback.
