πŸ“‹ Description

  • Analyze GTM channel and funnel performance to surface trends and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with RevOps and GTM leaders to operationalize revenue strategies tied to OKRs.
  • Build executive dashboards and self-serve reporting in Tableau and HubSpot for decision-making.
  • Run ad hoc strategic analyses across Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships, and Finance (win/loss, churn, attribution).
  • Improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline predictability via conversion, stage velocity, and deal slippage analysis.
  • Monitor core revenue metrics (pipeline, conversion, NRR, CAC payback) and flag anomalies before QBRs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–4 years in Revenue Ops/Revenue Strategy or GTM Analytics (SaaS/eCommerce).
  • Ecommerce experience preferred (Shopify, marketplace, or subscription).
  • HubSpot, Tableau, and SQL proficiencies.
  • Nice-to-have: n8n/Zapier/Make/Workato, Python; cloud data warehouse (BigQuery/Snowflake/Redshift).
  • Experience designing AI-enabled workflows for operational problems.
  • Hands-on GTM analytics: pipeline, conversion, forecast accuracy, NRR, CAC payback.
