🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
- 2-4+ years healthcare billing or collections experience.
- 2+ years client-facing/customer service experience.
- 1+ year VA billing and collections experience; other claims a plus.
- Intermediate understanding of payer/provider claims processing.
- Intermediate knowledge of government and veteran benefit programs.
- Strong computer proficiency; MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Equivalent education and experience considered.
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Adheres to EnableComp Core Values, Vision and Mission.
- Meets/exceeds productivity targets and goals.
- Self-starter; works independently without supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with external clients; strong customer service and business acumen.
- Prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Remain stationary 50% of the time.
- Occasional moves inside the office.
- Operates computer and office equipment (copy/scan/print, phone).
