Revenue Specialist, Third Party Auto, MVA

📋 Description

• Conduct online medical research of MVA claim payments using EnableComp’s software and online medical sites.
• Research, request, acquire, and review medical records, EOBs, and supporting docs.
• Use data to manage claim life cycle and communicate with counsel/insurers.
• Follow up with payers to update claims and ensure documentation is received for prompt reimbursement.
• Prepare MVA billing packets using EnableComp tools and submit with docs to insurers and patient attorneys.
• Communicate with patient attorneys to discuss status and resolution.
• Other duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years healthcare billing/collections experience.
• 2+ years client-facing/customer service experience.
• 1+ years MVA claim resolution experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
