🎯 Requirements

• Understanding outpatient reimbursement methodologies (Medicare, fee schedules)
• Intermediate Excel: Pivot tables and large datasets
• Excellent written and verbal communication with payer reps
• Ability to work autonomously and communicate findings to teammates
• Persistent problem-solving for payer challenges
• 3-5 years experience in revenue cycle/related areas
• Associate degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
