  • Drive cross-functional revenue initiatives across GTM to impact pipeline and revenue.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, AM, Finance, and Systems to design programs.
  • Turn strategy into operational execution across data, processes, and systems.
  • Lead analytics, tooling, and enablement to improve revenue planning and measurement.
  • Operate in ambiguity, break down problems, and align stakeholders.
  • Build segmentation to identify pipeline and expansion opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6-10+ years in RevOps, BizOps, Management Consulting, Strategic Finance, or similar
  • Strong Excel/modeling skills; SQL a plus
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, and GTM leadership
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems independently
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Understanding of sales motions (SMB/Enterprise preferred)
