  • Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud and marketing automation (Pardot, Braze, HubSpot)
  • Knowledge of integrations, APIs, webhooks, data flows
  • Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or analytics is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration
