  • Manage revenue systems, ensure performance, fix deficiencies, enforce accountability.
  • Own Salesforce Flows design, optimization, and reliability to scale revenue processes.
  • Administer Salesforce.com: configuration, data integrity, and user support.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into Salesforce and GTM tool solutions.
  • Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, IT on deal structuring and approvals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a systems analyst, revenue/sales operations, or related role.
  • Hands-on Salesforce.com experience with Salesforce Flows required.
  • Strong understanding of deal processes, order management, or quote-to-cash workflows.
  • Ability to gather requirements and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment preferred.
