  • Own GTM systems admin and long-term evolution (HubSpot, DealHub, Planhat, Gong, Outreach)
  • Lead system rebuilds and architecture aligned with RevOps best practices
  • Improve data quality, usability, and scalability
  • Translate GTM strategy into clean system designs, workflows, and automations
  • Partner with Data team using BigQuery and Tableau for Reverse ETL
  • Establish data governance, naming conventions, and change management
  • Own testing, release management, and user adoption for changes

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or GTM Systems in a B2B SaaS
  • Experience administering CPQ, sales engagement, and CS platforms (DealHub, Outreach, Planhat)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM processes and system design impact
  • Proven ability to reduce system complexity while improving reliability and adoption
  • Experience rebuilding/re-architecting GTM systems, including CRM rebuilds, workflow cleanup, and migrations
  • Hands-on HubSpot admin with advanced workflows, custom objects, integrations, and governance
