πŸ“‹ Description

  • Own day-to-day admin of GTM systems (HubSpot, DealHub, Planhat).
  • Lead system rebuilds and re-architecture of CRM and GTM tooling.
  • Assess setups, identify debt, and implement rebuild plans.
  • Translate GTM strategy into clean system designs (objects, workflows, permissions).
  • Partner with Data team using BigQuery and Tableau for Reverse ETL activations.
  • Establish data governance and change-management processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or GTM systems at a B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with CPQ and sales engagement/CS platforms (DealHub, Outreach, Planhat).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM processes and their impact on execution and reporting.
  • Proven ability to reduce system complexity while improving reliability and adoption.
  • Hands-on HubSpot admin expertise: advanced workflows, custom objects, integrations.
  • Experience rebuilding GTM systems (CRM rebuilds, workflows, permissions, migrations).
