- Own day-to-day admin of GTM systems (HubSpot, DealHub, Planhat).
- Lead system rebuilds and re-architecture of CRM and GTM tooling.
- Assess setups, identify debt, and implement rebuild plans.
- Translate GTM strategy into clean system designs (objects, workflows, permissions).
- Partner with Data team using BigQuery and Tableau for Reverse ETL activations.
- Establish data governance and change-management processes.
π― Requirements
- 5β8+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or GTM systems at a B2B SaaS.
- Experience with CPQ and sales engagement/CS platforms (DealHub, Outreach, Planhat).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end GTM processes and their impact on execution and reporting.
- Proven ability to reduce system complexity while improving reliability and adoption.
- Hands-on HubSpot admin expertise: advanced workflows, custom objects, integrations.
- Experience rebuilding GTM systems (CRM rebuilds, workflows, permissions, migrations).
