  • Hands-on CRM experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets and CRM reporting.
  • Able to own cross-functional processes and drive them to completion.
  • Able to build systems and workflows, not just maintain them.
  • Clear communicator with ownership and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and turning ideas into practical processes.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deal processes.
