📋 Description

  • Lead-to-Cash support: validate opportunities, quotes, and contracting.
  • Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Data.
  • Request management: track deal desk inquiries, CRM issues, contracting hurdles.
  • Reporting & analysis: summarize trends and bottlenecks to inform leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or STEM.
  • 3–5 years in Revenue or Sales Operations or related roles.
  • CRM expertise: Salesforce with CPQ workflows and reporting.
  • Tech stack familiarity: Salesforce CPQ; Marketo, Gong, Clari.
  • Analytics with SQL, Tableau, or Google Sheets.
  • Deal Desk or Sales Support experience; strong communication.
