📋 Description

  • Operational Support & Ticket Management: triage, route, and resolve Tier 1 issues across the tech stack.
  • Data Quality & CRM Hygiene: perform data audits and cleanup; maintain data integrity across Salesforce.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: maintain RevOps dashboards; build ad hoc reports for requests and reviews.
  • Tooling & Process Documentation: administer RevOps tools; document workflows and SOPs; assist with config changes.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–4 years in sales ops, revenue ops, or related analytics.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience; Admin certification a plus.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable with large data sets.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Clear written communicator; translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who can work independently.
  • Curiosity about GTM tech stack and data flows.
  • Experience with Outreach, Gong, LeanData, or Tableau/Looker is a plus.
