  • Deep renewal forecasting and expansion mechanics knowledge.
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets modeling; SQL proficiency preferred.
  • Experience with CS platforms (Planhat preferred; Gainsight/Totango/ChurnZero acceptable) and Salesforce data.
  • Able to influence CS and executive leadership in a fast-growth org.
