- Own dashboards for ARR metrics including churn, contraction, reactivation, expansion
- Analyze churn/expansion trends to identify root causes for GTM changes
- Improve renewal/expansion forecasting; boost data hygiene and visibility
- Lead weekly/quarterly reviews with CS and AM to support renewals and NRR/GRR
- Design scalable post-sales processes: handoffs, ownership, lifecycle milestones
- Partner with GTM Systems to improve Salesforce, Gainsight, and tools
๐ฏ Requirements
- 4+ years in Revenue Operations or related roles in B2B SaaS
- Experience building reports and workflows in Salesforce and/or Gainsight; SQL a plus
- Familiar with customer health metrics and churn/expansion indicators
- Proven cross-functional collaboration; drive projects from ideas to adoption
- Structured problem solving; derive insights and revenue opportunities
- Strong communication; present forecasts and insights to senior leaders
