๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Own dashboards for ARR metrics including churn, contraction, reactivation, expansion
  • Analyze churn/expansion trends to identify root causes for GTM changes
  • Improve renewal/expansion forecasting; boost data hygiene and visibility
  • Lead weekly/quarterly reviews with CS and AM to support renewals and NRR/GRR
  • Design scalable post-sales processes: handoffs, ownership, lifecycle milestones
  • Partner with GTM Systems to improve Salesforce, Gainsight, and tools

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations or related roles in B2B SaaS
  • Experience building reports and workflows in Salesforce and/or Gainsight; SQL a plus
  • Familiar with customer health metrics and churn/expansion indicators
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration; drive projects from ideas to adoption
  • Structured problem solving; derive insights and revenue opportunities
  • Strong communication; present forecasts and insights to senior leaders
