  • Own SalesOps processes: lead distribution, account assignment, quota setting, performance management
  • Support pipeline hygiene and reporting across Awareness β†’ Commit stages
  • Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and sales productivity
  • Report and analyze daily/weekly/monthly KPIs; highlight trends to Sales Leadership

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into action
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Track record of continuous process improvement with strategic impact
  • Ability to work autonomously to drive projects to completion
  • GTM tech-stack experience preferred (Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, Gong)
